Overview:
We are seeking a Canning Line Operator to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in brewery operations and possess knowledge in carbonated beverage packaging.
Duties:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure efficiency and quality output
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging, labeling, and processing products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area according to food safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting preferred
- Ability to sanitate work areas and follow hygiene protocols
- Mechanical aptitude to fabricate and repair equipment as needed
- Experience in packaging operations is a plus
- Knowledge of brewing processes is beneficial
