New Tech Global is seeking Rebuild Shop Technicians for an Oil and Gas client located in Anderson, TX.
Schedule: Day Shift: 6AM - 4:30PM
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS:
- Assist in hose assembly routing.
- Assist in the testing of assembled parts to ensure functionality,
- Read, interpret and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.
- Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
- Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner.
- Prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
- Adhere to all Company policies.
- Follow all quality, health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Attend work per work schedule.
- Possess all tools required for position within 90 days of employment.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience in oilfield preferred.
- Basic Technical Knowledge.
- Experience Using Hand tools.
- Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
