Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and explore
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and creativity
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and assess each child's individual needs, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and academic progress

Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education
- Experience in providing care for toddlers and ensuring their well-being
- Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with young children
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
