MAIE DAY is hiring for a HOST
Much like the ancient tradition itself, Maie Day is a daily festival of food community. Helmed by three-time James Beard-nominated chef Michael Fojtasek, the restaurant embraces all of the things people love about steakhouses: great steaks, sides & cocktails, but with its own South Congress style - casual, lively, and always a party.

A warm conversationalist who thrives in an energetic workplace, you are a natural host. You enjoy putting people at ease, making them feel heard and understood, and knowing that you have the power to set the tone for their experience. You know a great experience means taking an interest in getting to know our guests before they even arrive, creating guest profiles that we can utilize to enhance their individual experience.
What you'll learn: People skills, effective communication, dynamic thinking, proactive conflict resolution, multi-tasking, time management, teamwork, accountability, and leadership. Hosting is a great entryway into events, sales, and marketing.
