Take it easy at Topside, Baltimore’s favorite rooftop overlooking the historic neighborhood, Mount Vernon. Topside is rooted in Baltimore’s culture from a seafood-centric menu that features local purveyors and artisans, to special events, local collaborations, pop-ups, and seasonal celebrations, because that’s what Baltimore is all about.

JOB OVERVIEW 

A Bartender is responsible for mixing and serving drinks, serving bar guests, and preparing items necessary for
service while adhering to state liquor laws and regulations. Bar service at New Waterloo is about combining great
hospitality along with technical skills and warm personalities to create an upbeat, inviting environment. The person
having this role must possess good communication skills and have the ability to resolve conflict with a thorough
understanding of company policies.

Who you are:  You’re engaging and charismatic. You have situational know-how and awareness. You are genuinely curious about wine spirits and want to share your passion with guests.
