What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Coordinator position at New Way Ford?
The purpose of this position is to generate aftermarket bookings through sale of service parts to contractors and / or end users
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for responding to direct client requests for quotation of proprietary and non- proprietary parts;
• generate proposals as required
• execution (order entry, purchasing, scheduling and invoicing) of order
2. Support and facilitate communications with Business Development Managers and Marketing Representatives
3. Assist in promotion and marketing of proprietary and non-proprietary parts as assigned by the Vice President of Aftermarket Services;
• database development and follow-up
• development/maintenance of price lists/manuals
• development of promotional tools

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Fundamental understanding of cooling tower performance, operation and applications; general mechanical aptitude.
2. Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Access.
Optional but Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in Proposal / Project Management and/or product engineering
