CRM & DATABASE MANAGER
Job Overview: The CRM and Database Manager will be focused on growing the organization’s use of CRM and data to drive sales, retention, insights and efficiency across all departments.
Responsibilities/Functions:
Maintain the overall quality, performance and usability of the Giants’ CRM platforms
Design and distribute targeted campaigns for sales and service staff
Measure and report on the results of all CRM-driven sales and retention efforts
Coordinate customer segmentation and email communication with digital marketing staff
Build and maintain reports via CRM and Tableau to analyze performance and assist with key decisions
Manage all manager and end-user training
Manage the integration of CRM with other systems and data sources as needed
Help design and execute lead generation strategies in coordination with sales and marketing staff
Perform game day and all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
A four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Technology or other related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
1-3 years of experience in a CRM, database or analytics centric role.
At least 1 year of experience in the sports industry preferred.
Experience managing a Salesforce CRM system preferred.
Experience working with KORE’s CRM products is preferred.
Proficiency with Excel and Tableau.
Familiarity with Archtics or other sports ticketing data.
Experience training users and driving technology adoption.
Must be detailed oriented, organized, and a quick learner.
Possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks.
Ability to clearly communicate technical subject matter to colleagues.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage their own individual projects.
The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative.
Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and company events as needed.
