What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at New York Red Bulls?
The Director of Marketing is the strategist and executor of comprehensive strategic marketing plans to support the overall New York Red Bulls brand marketing, digital and traditional marketing across social media, website operations, content, CRM, and media strategy. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Other responsibilities include collaborating with Ticket Sales, Marketing Partnerships, Strategy and Analytics and other business stakeholders to drive revenue and incorporate the brand essence with the goal of expanding and attracting new audiences.
Due to the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years related experience
- Bilingual [English and Spanish]
- Previous experience working in sports is a plus
- Must demonstrate extensive experience in marketing for a major brand with expertise in marketing planning and execution, copywriting, content development, advertising, and brand advocacy.
- Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards.
