Case Manager

Responsibilities: Provides quality case management to include supportive counseling, service coordination/advocacy, and crisis support. Ensures that client input is included in every step of the entire treatment and recovery process with a commitment to work with clients/ target population in community based settings. Requirements: Minimum HS Diploma/GED equivalent. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in social work, psychology, human services or related field. Must have 1 ½ years of specialized experience in human services with an emphasis on working within public safety system, ex-offenders, parolees, and dual diagnosis. Access to vehicle and appropriate no-fault insurance with valid driver’s license and clean abstract. CPR and First Aid Certification (or able to complete at IHS).
