You will manage daily operations while driving to sitesto supervise and continuously provide our excellent services. Job Duties:   - Ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and an   exceptional customer experience   - Prioritize field tasks as the on-site manager and implement creative   solutions to solve problems as they arise   - Respond to customer feedback and live customer issues   - Diligently work collaboratively with crews to streamline operational   processes, systems, and tools to drive rapid field productivity and   efficiencyWhat we are looking for:   - A leader who is comfortable taking on a high level of responsibility   - Previous management, operations, or customer service experience are a   plus   - Outgoing and sociable; skilled at communicating professionally with   team members, customers and clients from a broad range of backgrounds   - Willing to do multiple tasks and assist teams on projects as needed   - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus   -Skilled and experienced in the use of field equipmentMore Qualifications:   - Experience managing (including scheduling) a team   - Taking initiative and leading new projects    - Experience managing projects with multiple clients   - High School Diploma or equivalentWe are one of the leading Tree and Landscaping Companies in the county and we service Little River, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Pawleys Island,Georgetown and surrounding areas.
