Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. As a representative, you would be required to make follow up service calls, appointment scheduling, work with service advisors and management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, not required
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively cold call potential customers and build rapport
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Experience using CRM software is beneficial
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
