Newbold Toyota in O’Fallon Illinois has a service manager position that just came open. This is a “hands on” job with duties including training and recruiting, overseeing daily operations, and growing the sales and profitability.

Newbold is looking for a person motivated to grow the department in sales and profitability, and manage a staff of 28. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is helpful, but not mandatory as well as high end import experience. This is a hands-on position with the service manager expected to be involved in the training and motivation of the ASM staff, while coordinating the department's activities with the other departmental managers. Customer satisfaction being the key to any successful service department, the candidate must be willing to interact with the customers in dispute resolution, and to 'coach' the ASM's on any flaws that might have caused the issue.
