Exciting Opportunity! Join Our Secret Shopper Program in Chicago, IL and surrounding areas!

Are you interested in making a difference in your community's healthcare services? We are seeking individuals aged 18 and above, from diverse backgrounds, to participate in our secret shopper program!

As a secret shopper, you'll provide valuable feedback on the overall consumer experience for a regional healthcare brand. Your role will involve providing feedback on:

• Visiting the brand website and searching for services
• Choosing a service you personally want to go in for
• Scheduling your appointments
• Attending appointments including parking to check in and paperwork process
• Visit with the doctor
• We will maintain confidentiality throughout the process. Your medical advice, paperwork and diagnoses need not be shared; only the consumer experience/process feedback is required

Benefits of Joining:

Payment of $100 per visit (You are required to visit two different facilities. Please apply for all locations where you are willing to shop as a local as we may request you visit a specific location to review its services.)

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to visit two facilities by May 30th
• Completion of secret shopper survey throughout the consumer process

Whether you choose to use your medical insurance or pay out of pocket, all expenses will be fully reimbursed. Note: we only request to know what service you use, not the results, medical advice, paperwork and diagnoses.
