Seeking full-time maintenance position at a 276 site, 55 mobile home community in Bradenton, Florida.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Landscape to include bush and tree limb trimming, weeding, weed-eating; gutter cleaning;
  • Maintain cleanliness of buildings inside and out, pool deck and roadways;
  • Custodial Work-changing light bulbs, changing air filters, emptying trash, moving tables, assisting current custodian as needed
  • General maintenance duties
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
  • Must work well in team atmosphere

Valid Driver's License
