Customer Service Assistant. Addition to staff. Hours 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
  • Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
  • Excellent customer service with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
  • Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
  • Intermediate or Advance knowledge of Excel
  • Accurate Data entry skills
  • Reviewing customer data for deficiencies or errors and correcting as needed
  • Shipping and inventory

Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate Degree
  • 1 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette
  • Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Experience from a Manufacturing environment preferred.
Looking for commutable candidate - No relocation assistance.
