Customer Service Assistant. Addition to staff. Hours 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- Excellent customer service with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
- Intermediate or Advance knowledge of Excel
- Accurate Data entry skills
- Reviewing customer data for deficiencies or errors and correcting as needed
- Shipping and inventory
Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 1 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Experience from a Manufacturing environment preferred.
