- Conduct Property "walk-throughs" hourly, actively logging down information pertinent to hotel operations. (I.E. Light bulbs that need replacing, damage to property, debris on property, doors, locks, equipment that is not functioning properly, etc.)
- Point of Contact for Guests who report damage, injury, disturbance, etc. during the evening/overnight hours.
- Ensure the safety of Guests and Hotel Property by ensuring that doors are locked where they should be locked and when they should be locked.
- Daily cleaning of Lobby/Bistro Floors and Elevators as needed. Weekly deep cleaning as assigned by FOM/DOH. Support Room Attendant in stripping/cleaning rooms.
- Delivering folios and other requested items to guests to prevent Front Desk Associate from leaving post.
- Must be able to move continuously for an 8-10 hour shift on a hard surface.
- Must be able to ascend up to 6 feet in height on a step ladder.
- Must be able to position one's self appropriately inside or outside of the building and sustain weather challenges.
