What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Support Specialist position at NewEgg?
- Perform daily system administration tasks such as inputting and reviewing contract rule requests, reviewing daily and monthly accrual report, modifying existing information if request receive from direct team.
- Support, oversee, and monitor EIMS contract management, tracking program accruals, responsible of POS report management to ensure invoices are billed in timely manner.
- Support on administrative related function e.g. system access rights assignments, system control setup, process invoices for office supplies, help on department event coordination, etc.
- Providing data, guides, and troubleshooting assistance to help the sales team.
- Handling basic office duties, such as managing office supplies, coordinating for new hire setups and other requests, data entry, and ensuring office is well-maintained and organized.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The base salary range for this position in City of Industry, California is $23 - $30 per hour.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible additional discretionary bonus or incentive.
