Position Title: Executive Assistant, Rubbermaid Commercial Products Business Unit
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Functions with a moderate degree of independence, assists with large to medium size projects, interacts effectively with all levels with a high degree of professionalism, sets priorities with minimal direction and manages confidential/sensitive materials.
• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; arranging complex and detailed travel plans (domestic and international), itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected and stays on time.
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal
departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior
management staff as well as fellow administrators and employees.
• Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling
meetings and attending when necessary.
• Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff
Meetings.
• Ability to learn and have a working understanding of various conference room phone and presentation software and trouble shoot when needed.
• Assist in the creation of presentations in PowerPoint.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 10 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s Degree or college coursework preferred.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, recommending and implementing methods, procedures and/or techniques for resolution.
• Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in written.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects, duties and assignments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Team, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment utilizing excellent judgment, and decision-making skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise & tact.
