Duties/Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant duties include providing support to office staff, Sales team, and management as needed to ensure efficient operation of the office through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Primary responsibilities include answering phones and responding to requests for assistance in a timely manner. This position will also provide support to the Sales team by performing tasks such as managing the flow of email communications for product inquiries, quotes, and sales. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, filing digital and printed documents, performing order entry, and creating account-level documentation.
Required Education and Experience:
· High School diploma/GED required
· 2 years Administrative Assistant experience
· 2 years multi-line phone
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Minimum 2 years related experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent data entry and account documentation skills
· Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service
· Organized with attention to detail
· Strong analytical skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient with Syteline or comparable order management software
· Thorough and pay attention to detail
· Work well with others
· Able be able to work on your own
· Flexible and open to change
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
