What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Coach position at Newell Strength?
How much do you love your job?
If you even hesitated for a second, then it’s time for you to explore a potential move.
I am continually trying to build my team of A players at Newell Strength.
I walk the walk and have high expectations for everyone on my team. And I have no bones about saying that we are going to be a national leader in the near future in the terms of fitness and self-improvement.
If you are looking for a place that fosters self-improvement, not only for the members, but for the staff, then Newell Strength is a potential fit for you.
You will have autonomy in your role.
You will have responsibility.
You will be a part of the grand plan and you will know that as we move closer to our goals as a team, then you too, will be moving closer to your dreams. That’s the way it works at Newell Strength.
Forget about working for a Globo gym or a big box gym. You are just a number to them. And the only reason they’d be upset if you told them you were leaving is because it’d be a temporary inconvenience for them.
As the owner and CEO of Newell Strength, you’ll have plenty of access to me. I will take you under my wing and teach you what I have learned over the years from the top leaders in the field in terms of training, nutrition and business.
You’ll have plenty of room for advancement as we continue to have a broader and broader reach, with what I call our ‘gym without walls’.
So, what does being a Coach at Newell Strength entail?
For starters, you are a walking motivational and inspirational being.
People look to you for guidance on their journey, a journey that they cannot complete on their own. In fact, that’s where the term Coach came from, stagecoach.
You need to walk the walk. That doesn’t mean that you have to be ripped or a fitness nut, it means you have to be on the path to self-improvement every single day. My team and I will guide you just as you will be guiding the clients.
I refer to my staff as Coaches, rather than personal trainers, because you are more than just a fitness trainer. Much of what you do as a Coach is on the mental side.
If you even have the thought of entering or joining a world class team that is on a mission to impact over 1,000,000 lives over the next 12 months, then submit your resume and I will be in touch.
Newell Strength is going BIG places, to build upon what we’ve already done over the past 15 years in two counties.
Don’t look back and say, ‘Man, I had the chance to apply with them back before they really made it big’.
Talk to you soon, hopefully….
