- Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager or Practice Manager, the Scheduler is responsible for scheduling patient appointments. The Scheduler interacts with patients/visitors in a courteous, appropriate, respectful manner at all times and without exception. This position receives incoming calls and routes appropriately. The Scheduler shall take messages when necessary and shall forward such to the intended party in a timely, responsible manner. This position performs the following duties in accordance with the established policy and procedures of New Horizon Family Health Services.
