Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Reno, NV
Duration: Full time 6 months contract
Pay Rate: $19/hr.
Newkleo is currently hiring a Bookkeeper for one of their client in Reno, NV.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting.
Education and certificates:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
