Title: HR Trainer
Location: Trenton, NJ
Type: Contract 11 months
Hours: 40 hrs/wk
Newkleo is hiring a HR Trainer for one of their clients in Trenton, NJ
Duties:
- Initiate new innovative strategies in training programs.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and regulations.
- Conduct and organize workshops and orientation programs for new recruits.
- Ensure positive learning environment in training procedures.
- Run and communicate reports on events and training programs.
- Assist human resources department in scheduling, mailing and communicating training programs.
- Processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations.
- Prepare training expense reports and statements for accounts department.
- Maintain and manage events and schedules calendar of the training.
- Contacts attendees and department representatives about the training program.
- Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors.
Experience Required:
- 1 year related experience
Education Required:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
