JOB DESCRIPTION:
Transport tenants, personnel and visitors in property owned vehicle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Operates property owned vehicle to drive tenants, personnel and visitors to various destinations.
- Maintains vehicle appearance and servicing.
- May make minor repairs or adjustments to vehicle.
- May be on-call or make extended trips requiring irregular hours.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of 1-2 years previous driving experience
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must have a satisfactory driving record.
