You along with the other Corporate Recruiters will be responsible to support our growth and extend our recruiting reach. Our company mission is to help people live better lives by delivering a hassle-free, first-class home improvement experience and this includes our employees!
Responsibilities:
- You are a creative, resourceful, problem solver.
- You have the ability to track metrics and KPI's to provide feedback for strategic planning.
- You understand our brand’s voice, mission statement, and core values.
- You can create strong relationships across departments.
- You have a positive attitude, exude professionalism, and have flexibility.
- You can operate collaboratively as a member of a team, but you can also take initiative and work independently.
- You adjust to varying or changing situations to meet requirements with grace.
- At least 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency with social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell our story of what makes NEWPRO a top place to work.
- Knowledge of key job boards and their strengths.
- History of working in work environments with a high sense of urgency and volume.
- Ability to assist with networking and job fair events.
- Experience with recruiting analytics.
BEST IN THE INDUSTRY COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
- $65,000-70,000 yearly salary
