NPG of Oregon, Inc., with NBC and FOX affiliates in Bend, Oregon is accepting applications for an Executive Producer. NewsChannel 21 is Central Oregon's News Leader since 1977. We value enterprise stories that are local and unique, with an emphasis on digital first, and we are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our news team as a leader in the department.
This position is responsible for leading the morning news meetings and assigning stories to reporters and photographers. The Executive Producer will also produce the 4pm and 5pm newscasts Monday through Friday. In addition, this position will work with the News Director to develop on-going training sessions and will run the newsroom when the News Director is out of the office. There is career growth opportunity for a strong performer in this position.
