Vice President, Client Experience Officer

Small Business Lending LLC is looking for a Vice President, Client Experience Officer.

The role of the Vice President, Client Experience Officer, will be to exclusively focus on all Newtek One borrower portfolios including but not limited to NSBF, SBL, Holdco6, Newtek Bank, N.A. The focus on these portfolios will allow the Vice President to identify change in risk of the borrower/s as well as identifying opportunities to assist the borrower with any future business needs.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for contacting all borrowers in the portfolios (primarily performing borrowers with a loan balance of greater than $1MM). Contact to be made quarterly.
• Reviewing the state of the business with the borrower in a consultative manner while documenting each call in the servicing portal (New Tracker)
• Ensuring that all clients will be introduced to the Newtek Advantage with the potential to gain a depository relationship as well as other services.
• Important focus will be placed on insurance policy protection and renewals for all clients (Using the forced placed insurance guide and portfolio of policies we have aggregated).
• Requesting from all clients updated financial statements in conjunction with servicing manager rules and regulations.
• Creation of new RID's for all client encounters that lead to new opportunities along all verticals.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lending Operations environment, preferably in a Portfolio Servicing role
Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
Good understanding of all company products
Ability to read and understand business financial statements
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.

Education & Certification Requirements:

College degree preferred in Business/Finance

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00
