SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance Newterra's online presence and drive engagement across all digital platforms. This role involves strategic oversight and hands-on management of digital campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation. The manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to align digital marketing initiatives with Newterra's overall business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and digital engagement.
Manage the creation, execution, and optimization of paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
Oversee the management of Newterra's website, ensuring it serves as a vital marketing and engagement tool, including regular updates and enhancements.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ongoing digital marketing efforts.
Lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies, including segmentation, testing, and optimization of email campaigns.
Collaborate with content creators to develop relevant content for various platforms to attract and engage a targeted audience.
Manage digital project budgets, ensuring effective spend and reporting on ROI.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on digital marketing technology and tools.
Supervise and mentor digital marketing staff; manage relationships with external digital agencies and vendors.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital marketing with overall marketing and business strategies.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
Collaborate with marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
Provide insight and feedback to company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas.
Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence, ensuring that digital marketing efforts align with Newterra’s strategic goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and online strategies.
Extensive experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking with an attention to detail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly required to sit for prolonged periods; frequently required to stand, walk, and use business equipment daily such as a computer, copier, telephone, etc.; occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 15 lbs. Complex communication, thinking, and analysis required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Generally, works in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. However, may be required to visit production sites and exposed to outdoor or manufacturing elements.
