Step into this role of visual concepts and help develop overall layout and production design for various applications to captivate consumers.
The Graphic Designer UI/UX creates visual concepts to captivate consumers through the communication of content that is both meaningful and visually appealing. The Graphic Designer/User Interface Designer assists with various projects associated with both print and online mediums and ensures all material(s) create value and are customized to the target audience.
Essential Job Duties
- Creates visual concepts to communicate to and captivate consumers.
- Develops overall layout and production design for various applications.
- Designs strategic A/B tests to support iterative development process for online content.
- Assists with design, development and direction for several mediums, editorial layout, social media campaigns, SEO reporting, illustrations, creating wireframes and mockups.
- Collaborates with communications teams in full-cycle development of graphics from research and strategy to art direction and creation.
- Advises clients on strategies to reach a particular audience.
- Creates infographics for blogs, websites, social media, print publications and internal use, including power point presentations, with an emphasis on designs that are engaging, user-friendly and deliver critical information.
- Develop design concepts consistent with brand strategies.
- Provides art direction and illustrations for a wide range of strategic content.
- Maintains graphics database and master files for all content.
- Ensures creative assets remain current and ahead of competitors.
- Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
Work Experience
- Minimum five years’ experience as a Graphic Designer. R
- Proficiency in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Coda, DialogTech,
- WordPress, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Information Architecture, Creative Problem Solving. R
- Strong tech skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic social media analytic tools. R
- Knowledge of optimal web and print design practices. R
- Design sense and the ability to translate the company's image into graphical components.
- Extensive experience creating user-friendly infographics. R
- Experience with graphic animation. P
