This 400,000 –square foot, multi-specialty ambulatory center encompasses a Comprehensive Cancer and Women’s Health Center, 12 ambulatory surgery operating rooms and Multispecialty physician practices.
Practice Supervisor – Oncology Service Line – Center for Community Health
As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. You will be responsible for daily operations, practice leadership and setting short-term and long-term goals. Participate in hospital-wide continuous readiness activities to facilitate ongoing hospital compliance with Joint Commission, CMS and DOH requirements. The Practice Supervisor will interview, hire, train new employees, and organize workflow while monitoring productivity and effectiveness of intake processes such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, registration. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift position. This position is located at the Center for Community Health at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.
Preferred Criteria:
- Bachelors degree
Required Criteria:
- High School or GED
- 3 years of relevant medical office experience
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience
