We are looking for two Business Analysts to revolutionize the way we do business. These new roles will collaborate with management and key stakeholders to identify and implement process changes that improve our customer’s and/or employee’s experience, along with overall corporate efficiencies. They will implement these changes through administering the ERP and CRM systems and development of processes, data, reports, and dashboards. The Business Analysts will work together to develop, document, and maintain Data Governance processes and policies. The team will bridge the gap between the operational and finance/regulatory sides of our business and support business decisions through the analysis and visualization of data. The two Analysts will work closely together to support users through documentation, employee training, and management of the company’s master data catalog. The team will be responsible for coordinating the testing and implementation of system upgrades. This analyst team will play a significant role in future product and service standardizations, ensuring the success of continued transformations of our progressive company.
· One of the Business Analyst positions will focus on the operational aspects of the company such as ticketing, order processing, field operations, customer support, and dispatch.
· The other Business Analyst will concentrate on the compliance, privacy, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, billing, warehouse, human resources, and payroll aspects of the company.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Knowledge of Nex-Tech business practices, services and offerings, and processes.
· Understanding of Regulatory and Financial practices and obligations.
· Skill in analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem solving to understand how data is organized and recognize who/what it affects.
· Ability to provide detailed documentation on data requirements, system configurations, etc.
· Ability to understand and use data models.
· Ability to bring our Nex-Tech teams together and is willing to learn and grow as our company evolves.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or the equivalent.
· Three years of professional relevant work experience such as business data analysis, project and/or change management, accounting, regulatory, or equivalent experience.
