SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail
- Ships out packages / Distributes incoming packages
- Restocks and reorders all supplies throughout the office; documents a weekly inventory of these items; manages inventory
- Serves as secondary coverage over the reception area
- Maintains a professional and approachable attitude when greeting guests / visitors
- Performs a variety of scanning tasks into Company’s financial system, as well as maintains, sorts, and files these documents
- Updates fields / records in Company’s financial system
- Effectively communicates with internal and external customers as needed
- Performs other clerical / administrative duties for Office Manager and other departments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma / GED
- One year experience preferred in an administrative / clerical role
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent listening, written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Strong computer skills required, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk short distances throughout the workday
