Order Management Specialist

Position Overview:

Order Management Specialists are responsible for all aspects of a sales order. This includes but is not limited to ensuring meeting freight requirement (MOQ), releasing to Supply Chain Management, providing & requesting delivery dates (RDD) when available, tracking sales order statuses, and invoicing. The Order Management Specialist works with other departments as needed to manage customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Liaison between Client Care Management (CCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM)

· Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives

· Weekly collaboration meeting with CCM and SCM to maximize sales orders and outbound logistics to ensure on time delivery

· Work with CCM to maximize product availability and ensure timely MOQ

· Complete billing as SCM post GI/POD

· Manage and distribute Order Management Reports for RDC and FDC sales orders

· Work with NTK sales team on RDD and shipping requirements

· Special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:

· Detail-oriented and time management skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Effective communication skills – oral and written

· Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and communicate the features and benefits to customers

· Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel preferred

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)

· Three to five years industry experience within customer service and/or operations (preferred)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Overtime may be required occasionally

Working Environment:

In-office

Travel:

Ability to travel as required (less than 20%)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
