Nexeo HR has partnered with a company to find a Recruitment Coordinator. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you can utilize your skills and make a positive impact on our organization.
Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing assistance in a timely manner.
• Manage various administrative tasks such as data entry for new-hire paperwork, processing licensure renewals, and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle HR documentation including reference checks, recruitment activities, training records, and performance evaluations.
• Retrieve and organize HR records, providing information and assistance to employees regarding company policies and benefits.
• Prepare insightful reports and documents pertaining to HR activities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Educate employees and job applicants on company HR policies, benefits, and procedures as needed.
Qualifications
• Minimum of three years of office administration experience, with proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
• Experience with data entry and analysis, with preference given to those familiar with Oracle HRMS system.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay
$17.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 40 hours per week | Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)
