What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Leader position at Nexien INC.?
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety rules on team members to avoid accidents and production hazards
- Ensure that all team members wear protective gear during production and monitor all team mates to ensure adherence to instructions
- Liaise with management to ensure that security and safety equipment are installed and ensure an emergency response procedure is established
- Use HRIS system to write reports, keep track of expenses, create budgets and plan production goals, schedule and keep track of workers attendance
- Mediate between workers and management to enhance smooth communication and settle disputes
- Inspect work of team members to ensure the company’s standards in quality are met
- First point of contact from Nexien to the client supervisor
Qualifications:
- English-Spanish bilingual
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
