About the role
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to provide a direct, hands-on contribution to producing an innovative, sustainable building system that will positively impact our planet. The Production Team Member is responsible for ensuring that every production component of the building system is completed as required to the specifications and in a timely and safe manner.
Day to day, the Production Team Member will collaborate with the Operations and Support team as needed to ensure that production goals are successfully met.

About the role
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to provide a direct, hands-on contribution to producing an innovative, sustainable building system that will positively impact our planet. The Production Team Member is responsible for ensuring that every production component of the building system is completed as required to the specifications and in a timely and safe manner.
Day to day, the Production Team Member will collaborate with the Operations and Support team as needed to ensure that production goals are successfully met.
Your Day to Day:
- Operate and attend to manual and automated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safely and efficiently operate the overhead crane, lifting cranes, forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack as needed to perform assigned tasks.
- Safely and efficiently operate basic power tools.
- Perform basic carpentry tasks accurately and safely.
- Accurately follow production procedures meeting all quality expectations.
- Track, and document production, material transfers, and moves using assigned systems.
- Perform safety and quality audits, inspections, and checklists as required.
- Complete all required - initial, ongoing, and as-needed - training for the position.
- Participate in safety training and meetings as scheduled.
- Cross-functional and flexible to help where needed.
- Work effectively independently and collaborate with others as needed.
- Train others as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safe operations.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Perform all other duties as required by management.

- Carpentry experience
- Advance knowledge of operating hand tools
