Job Summary
The Associate Enterprise Risk Specialist works alongside all facets of the company, including legal, operations, and technology, and is the liaison for all compliance, business continuity and partner management functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with state audits and other external audits and assessments, including service organization controls reports
- Complete audit questionnaires, communicate findings and assess risk factors
- Send and assess partner questionnaires on our vital partners
- Assist in tracking state and client requirements
- Identify specific areas of improvement and work closely with business, legal and technology leadership to deploy compliant solutions
- Establish and monitor business continuity plans
- Drive the execution of program plans across cross-functional teams, monitor risks, take appropriate action to address challenges and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all teams throughout the company
- Coordinate and execute contract renewals and vendor due diligence efforts with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely deliverables
