The Payroll Supervisor is a critical member of the Next 150 Construction Team, the ideal candidate has a background in a construction payroll with the union and/or prevailing wage construction environment in fast-paced organization.
The Payroll Supervisor oversees daily operations of the payroll staff to ensure timely payroll processing. Leads projects related to payroll and coordinates project support. Will ensure accurate and timely processing of multi-state payroll (multi-union, non-union, hourly, salary) on a weekly basis. You will lead a team of payroll processors and be responsible for providing payroll that adheres to government regulations, labor contracts, company policies and procedures. Assists in developing payroll strategy and policy.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Rhode Island this ranges from $81,000.00. -$112,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
