Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home inspections; Diagnose foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues
- Educate the homeowner on the issues they have in their home and provide solutions for those foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues
- Estimate the repairs and provide homeowner with sell-able job proposals
- Close sales with customers in the home
- Clearly define sales and income goals, and commit to their execution
- Commitment to continually improve and execute the sales process
- Bring “can-do” attitude to all leads and opportunities
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Learn and commit to accurate and timely reporting
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Inspects customer basements, crawl spaces using our proprietary methods
- Educates customers on how products and services can improve their home's value and appearance
- Estimate the repairs and provide homeowner with sell-able job proposals
- Close sales with customers in the home
- Clearly define sales and income goals, and commit to their execution
- Provide excellent Customer Service to our customers
- Commitment to continually improve and execute the sales process
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Learn and commit to accurate and timely reporting
- Travels within the sales territory to meet prospects
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers
- Maintains records of sales leads and customer accounts
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,553.73 - $144,779.55 per year
