Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and previous experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- File and organize documents both electronically and physically
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, customers, or employees
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
