Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bobcat Operator to join our team. As a Bobcat Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as bobcats, and graders, to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Operate bobcats, equipment as required
- Perform tasks such as excavation, grading, leveling, and demo
- Transport materials using trucks and trailers
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
-clean ups after installs are complete
- NO paver installation with this position

Skills:
- Proficient in operating bobcats
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
- Familiarity with bobcat operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- CDL IS A PLUS..MORE PAY

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
