Job Overview
This is a work-from-home position open in Middle Tennessee
The position requires the Customer Support Representative (CSR) to deliver superior customer service to our Client's online customers by answering inbound calls, chats, and emails.
We are looking for a professional and responsibile individual with 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Inbound call experience preferred.
You must be able to listen, discover, and understand the customer's needs, and provide creative solutions for concerns related to the Client's product.
You must utilize approved practices and guidelines to assist the customer and address any concerns as they arise during the relationship cycle.
You must be able to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
You must be able to maintain adaptability through changes or updates within the business structure.
You must meet and exceed Company policy and Client performance metrics.
You must be dependable and meet all attendance requirements.
Candidates who are hired on a Part-Time basis will be required to complete 2 weeks of Full-Time training prior to beginning their Part-Time schedule.
