Responsibilities:
- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in various fitness disciplines, including kickboxing, dance, Pilates, cycle, CrossFit, and yoga.
- Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients.
- Educate participants on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area.
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy.
- Proficiency in program design and progression.
- Experience teaching a variety of fitness classes, including kickboxing, dance, Pilates, cycle, CrossFit, and yoga.
- Proven ability to educate and motivate individuals of all fitness levels.
- Previous experience in fitness sales is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain exercises and modifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive class environment.
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Knowledge of proper form and technique to prevent injuries during exercise.
- Passion for health and wellness with a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
