Executive Director/Assisted Living

Job Overview:

The Landing at Laurel Lake is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will oversee the assisted living operations on our campus, ensuring high-quality care for our residents while maintaining a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in operations management within a senior living or healthcare setting

- Leader is responsible for associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

- Supports a community culture that provides a high-quality resident experience

- Experience in developing and supervising care plans tailored to individual needs

- Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively

- Provides strategy, support and vision to achieve sales and occupancy goals through effective business development efforts in the market

- Maintains applicable licenses in accordance with Company, Federal, State and local requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field
• 3-5 years of operational leadership experience, preferred
• 3-5 years of sales & marketing in a related industry, preferred

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• operational leadership: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lee, MA 01238 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lee, MA 01238: Relocate before starting work (Required)
