Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support to students with their daily tasks and activities
- Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with classroom management, including organizing materials and maintaining cleanliness
- Support students with special needs, including implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide first aid and basic caregiving as needed

Skills:
- Experience in babysitting or early childhood education is preferred
- Ability to effectively work with students of various ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations
- First aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
