As a strategic partner in the Telecommunications space, we provide Industry-Leading 5G Mobile Internet Solutions from T-Mobile's infrastructure of Broadband connectivity. As a Small Business Rep, you will meet with eligible business owners to bring them a BETTER & MORE affordable Internet Service as well as look for and create additional opportunities for their business' wireless needs through promotional offers.
Our Unique Positioning allows Small Businesses in the area to essentially, "try" our service to determine its viability for cost, speed and overall ability to fit their company's needs. You are there to communicate, create and compel from a competitor perfect and finally, complete the order, provide that necessary follow-up and explore additional ways to capitalize on their business. You must be willing to engage with and utilize your skillsets to overcome objections as well as relationship-build for new clients requiring multiple touches.
Our various telecom partners require a background check for qualified candidates and you must have reliable transportation, preferably, your own vehicle available to the area in which you'll be working.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
- Utilize technology to track and enter Customer Information
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales and strong customer acquisition closing required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferable but not required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer information and identify additional opportunities
