$40,000.00 Base Payment Commission. (No Cap on bonuses).

A person that can meet or exceed sales goals each month can expect to earn between $40,000.00 - $60,000 in commission per year. However, a person that is a closer and bring in more clients can expect to make much more. The sky is the limit!

POSITION SUMMARY

Sales Associates are responsible for selling products to new and existing clients across each of the company's live stream platforms. This role is all about personality. They work closely with potential clients to determine their needs and answer their questions. They also recommend the best solutions and options to clients. They have a clear understanding of the business strategy and the pricing strategy of the products and services. They “go the extra mile” to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for continued growth, who has lots of personality and is comfortable selling on camera, and enjoys building relationships with clients.

This is not a trainee position. We are seeking a team member with several years of verifiable successful on the job experience in a comparable sales and marketing job demonstrating the skills described here.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

- Live stream sales on our social media platforms (we have a large following, must be comfortable in front of an audience)

- Professionally present the products to potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management

- Take high quality product photos (with smart phone)

- Create marketing material to generate leads.

- Maintain direct communication with the CEO to stay updated on relevant information of the company.

- Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales.

- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.

- Meet sales goals.

These are just the minimum requirements that we expect. However, we are looking for someone that will exceed those expectations. This position is ideal for someone that is results driven and can close as many clients as possible.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in marketing. Bachelor's in marketing is a plus but not a requirement.

- Experience in sales
