Nextant is looking for a driven Marking Product Manager 2 to join our client team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive integrated cross-channel Forza campaigns across Owned and Operated channels to support monthly live services content updates for active Forza products
- Collaborate with global marketing, channel, partner, social, platform, and PR teams to integrate game content into franchise campaigns and Xbox events
- Responsible for store front optimizations across Xbox, PC and Steam
- Manage marketing roadmap content updates and ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned on plans and updates
- Secure needed assets to support monthly content updates as well as distribution of assets to key internal teams
- Optimize and manage in-game marketing messaging tactics to meet key business goals and drive awareness to new product offerings or in-game experiences
- Report on results and proof of performance for marketing campaigns
- Manage multiple projects at once with strong prioritization skills and clear expectation setting with stakeholders.
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Experience Required
- ALL Microsoft Office suite // *teams, PowerPoint* main ones 2yr
- Editing deck/uploading content on dropbox 2
- Adobe- preference // 2
- Knowledge with live service gaming and mobile game
- Ability to work well in a team environment with various internal organizations (product and creative development, marketing, legal, business development, retail sales)
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously to deadlines
- Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish overcoming obstacles by influencing others
- Comfort in communicating results of activities to various levels and teams within the organization through various mediums (verbal, written, dashboards, etc.)
- Creative thinker who can develop out-of-the-box ideas
- Comfortable when faced with ambiguity
- Prior Xbox or gaming industry experience required
- Mobile marketing experience preferred
- Prior experience preferred in creating, owning, and executing on go-to-market plans for consumer products (games or entertainment industry preferred) agency or in-house across creative development, media planning, CRM, PR, partnerships, and events

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $131,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
