Job Responsibilities:
- Deeply collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and conduct UX research

Contribute your research perspectives throughout the product design process to build user empathy and guide product direction

Identify and prioritize research questions and methodologies to deliver research insights that influence product design

Design and execute studies using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods

Communicate research insights through written reports and live presentations in clear, concise, and compelling ways

Collaborate with other user researchers to leverage each other’s work across the studio
Requirements:

2 years UX research experience required

Experience collaborating across disciplines (design, engineering) and across teams; ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team

Minimum 2 years experience with mixed methods usability testing experience

Minimum 2 years experience with conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys

Minimum 2 years experience with quantitative analysis tools (UserZoom, Qualtrics, etc.)

Experience with Figma

A background in commerce and previous experience working with cross-functional teams in a large enterprise compan

Verbal and written communication skills: Ability to translate insights into research reports and recommendations; ability to present research findings in clear and compelling ways

Knowledge and experience across a range of UX research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys

Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time

Remote Position
Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $87,000.00 - $96,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
