Responsibilities
The Area Operations Leader is responsible for providing operational leadership within the group of multiple clinics in Texas to achieve regulatory compliance, financial performance, budget and growth.
How You Will Make An Impact
The Area Operations Leader strategically supports the organization with the growth, budget achievements and clinic management for the assigned region.
Essential Education, Experience And Skills
Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Progressive leadership in healthcare operations and management
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience And Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in healthcare or related field
Experience: Multi-site healthcare operations and track record in growth
